NEW YORK, NY – So in May I had giving my mother $5000 for her to move back to Indiana to be closer to her family. Cause in 2013 I chose to move out her to work from my brothers Mexican restaurant. So instead of saving her money I gave her, she thought it would be smart to buy me a car instead. She had contacted my cousin Allan Berber Melgoza (whose part owner in El Patron Mexican Restaurant) for a car, which he was very excited to help her and you all will soon see why. He started it all of by showing her a pic of his car a 2007 Honda accord clean with no issue for $3000 and bam my mother was sold and told him she wanted it. Little did she know this asshole had a plan to RIP her off at the beginning, he begun telling her he needed to come get the money on his break so he could buy him another vehicle and he would bring the accord that night after work. Well when I got home and my mother told me about it I got a little upset cause I new he was up to something. This dude ended up bringing her a 2002 Honda Civic that had been in a car and completely rusted underneath to the point no one wanted to put it on a lift. That was just the beginning of it, the car transmission was going out and multiple head gasket blown. Needless to say he just straight ripped her off and this car was never going to be able to pass e-check. So I call him pleading with him to pay my mother back and he said he wasn’t that he ended up getting ripped out, which was a lie. What he actually did was he kept all the money bought himself a Cadillac and went and grabbed her car from a salvage yard. What saddens me is my mother has always been their for him and my mother already has health problems but this has really takin a toll on her health and she’s heartbroken knowing that her nephew would do so. So basically I’m posting this today to hopefully give a lot of people reaction in the Hope’s he’ll have a change in heart and pay he back instead of bullshitting and claiming he will. Thanks for letting me vent and I hope to hear from everyone on what they would do in this matter.
