Hey Scumbagged this girls name is Tammy Parsons and she’s one of the worst girls I’ve seen in a long time. She worked as a stripper for a while in 2015 and 2016 at Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club in Downtown Cleveland where she went by the stage name of Riley. Tammy used to do some really dirty deeds on the side to make extra cash, like backpage, amongst many other things.
She grew up in North Ridgeville as any normal girl would, filled with smiles, a good home, a great personality, tons of opportunity. She lived a care-free life, one that was laid back and filled with good times. As she grew older though she developed a stubborn greed and began turning innocent people into puppets via heroin and fentanyl.
While stripping at Larry Flynt’s she used to approach many of the other working girls with “opportunities” or she would offer them her poison for a price. Some girls who got involved became so strung out that they attempted suicide or were faced with accidental overdoses from the highly potent drug known as fentanyl.
Tammy had a few priors already accrued by this point in time, stemming from thefts and other crimes she had committed in her past. Nothing, however, compared to what would happen to her on September 1, 2016, when she was arrested by the FBI for a conspiracy to traffic heroin & fentanyl.
Between July 2015 and March 2016 Tammy was involved in a large drug trafficking conspiracy alleging that she helped to distribute more than a kilogram of heroin (and fentanyl). She was investigated by the DEA and the U.S. Mashalls and was charged in a 23-count indictment. If convicted she would face up to A MINIMUM of 20 years in Federal Prison.
Cobra says: How is it that this girl is out on the streets in less than a month when faced with a minimum of 20 years in prison? According to the Department of Justice, they offer pre-trial services with house arrest ankle monitoring, but when looking at her Facebook images she doesn’t appear to have an ankle monitor on in any of her recent photographs. She was however reportedly on verbal house arrest for a short period of time. Do you think this girl should she be free after what she did?

A month went by from the time of her arrest and miraculously Tammy Parsons was back on the streets. She went from facing no less than 20 years one day, to walking about scott free a month later.
Fun Fact: Tammy was also submitted by two individuals and may make an appearance on The Top 50 Rats & Snitches page during our next update.
The U.S. Government offers individuals “brownie points” for assisting them in crimes and those individuals receive preferential treatment. For example, some hit-men who have been known to kill upwards of 10 people were given severely reduced sentences or immunity for providing information on their “bosses” whom called in the hits.
Some of her more recent Facebook posts might shed light into her recent activities as late as many are typical to that of the “hustler mentality”.
There’s no way that someone who is facing a 20 year minimum in a Federal Prison should be out and about walking around. Especially if that person conspired to traffic the highly potent fentanyl that has helped rank Ohio in the top 4 states in the Nation for heroin related overdoses. Everyone involved in the heroin trade knows that mixing a little bit of fentanyl with heroin will increase the potency and result in higher profits. Higher profits turn into higher deaths and she was an intricate part of an operation that helped to harm thousands in the Cleveland suburbs.
Tammy goes on Facebook by the name of Tammy Parz: https://www.facebook.com/tammy.parsons.3538
She appears to be sober and doing well as of recent, however appearances can be deceiving. Tammy was most recently arrested again on July 27th, 2017, this time in Lorain County for an active warrant.
SCUMBAGGED Tip: Don’t get involved with heroin or fentanyl – point blank. This drug not only kills others and ruins lives – but causes ripple effects that destroy communities and loved ones. People who get involved in this business chasing the money don’t fully understand the consequences of their actions that could be done to themselves, their families and others throughout the community. I hate heroin. I’ve lost too many people and spent so much of my life doing everything I could to get people I’ve loved clean… trying to keep them alive…. spent countless days dropping to my knees praying and begging God… to let people I love stay alive while watching them on life support. Good people that got pressured into trying the shit so people could feel better about what they were doing…I pray that these mother’s and father’s can stop having to bury their children. This drug steals the souls of people that were once kind and caring and smart….if you have any kind of heart please stop dragging innocent people into the slow death sentence …. destroying families and relationships…. stealing parents away from kids that need them or shattering the hearts of children and parents…. if you sell this drug I hope you get the karma you deserve
Amen to Bri to your post about those who sell those deadly drugs !!!!!! Karma has everyones address that’s for sure. Because I happen to know a lot of them ,who will have there day.!!!!
