This is fucking bullshit and should NOT be allowed to post shit like this without the correct information.
What information did they post that’s incorrect? Thanks.
Or the constitution says i have free speech and so do they…
I am a facilitator of Bible study on Thursday night at the jail and this makes me very sad. It is one thing to notify the public of a sex offender to keep their children safe, but in my opinion this page is unnecessary and immoral. If I want information I can look it up on the docket, addiction is a brain disease and listed in the DSM V as such. No one says I want to be an addict when I grow up, and if they were to quit and change their lives a page like this could prevent them from building a good new future. Suppose a prospective employer were to see them here? But they have turned their life around and started making good choices, fighting to support their children but they can’t get a job to pay their fines. In addition, many people who are addicts have a great deal of shame. Seeing their name on something like this would only make them feel more worthless and want to medicate that feeling even more. It isn’t going to help them get better it’s going to help them get worse . They rebel even harder to escape the shame and self doubt. Jesus said let ye among you who are without sin cast the first stone. He also said judge not lest ye be judged. In the Bible Noah got drunk and was found naked, one of his children ran to tell somebody right away. The other child didn’t even look upon his father and covered him up. The child who ran to tell someone else was punished. This page is nothing more than gossip and again it makes me sad.
Too bad. Don’t do drugs and you won’t get published. The soft approach hasn’t worked at all in life. This boohoo hide me, save me, protect me, position is a failure. You do stuff, you get exposed for life. Plain and simple. Don’t like it? Don’t do it. Lorain County Arrest Reports is doing a fantastic job and we will continue to support the cause in any way that we can.
