CLEVELAND, OHIO – The owner of ONYX Health Club 24/7 is a man named Emil Gamidov, and that name alone – in and of itself is enough reason for you to cancel your membership, avoid getting one and or stop yourself immediately from partnering with him in any venture. He is a walking talking brand of destruction that will decimate that of your bank, your business, your livelihood, your family and your personal property if you give him even the slightest opportunity to do so. Emil Gamidov is nothing more than a finely tuned malicious weapon that will be wielded against you, without remorse. Emil has mastered the art of the slithering tongue, all whilst driving around in fancy cars and adorning himself in expensive suits to match the motto and pretends to be operating a profitable, soon to be nation-wide expanding club – that you yourself can be a part of. What he sells you is nothing more than carefully crafted lies that solely benefit him. He is loaded with fraud, his hand shakes are weightless, his promises and deals are made with elegant penmanship backed by nothing more than complete and utter corruption. ONYX was originally built off the hard work and effort of Dwight Chillious, a childhood and life-long friend to Emil, and ONYX Health Club 24/7’s very first victim (Gamidov ousted Chillious in the midst of their initial club). Another individual, Matthew Brown also created the color scheme, the name and much of the club’s principle ideas (also ousted shortly before Chillious). From there Emil then piggy backed his ONYX expansion by robbing peter to pay paul through that of his personal credit lines and also that of his wife Val’s – maxing them out, inflating her and his limits (fictitiously), literally expanding them to get loans illegally (parsed out the actual true limits with white-out .pdf software and replacing them with 10x as much in some cases), defrauding members, robbing employees, contractors and landlords through intentional, diabolical and premeditated fraud. Contracts were deceitful from the on-set, in the form of intentionally stealing build-out money, and exploiting member contracts through shady acquisitions. Sadly, the worst form of deception deployed came at the expense of the hardest working individuals that made ONYX Health Club 24/7 – his own employees and those that were the closest to him, perhaps the worst treatment seen in American History since the industrial revolution.

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s owner has ruthlessly achieved his status in the gym industry through the utmost amount of fraud, deceit, corruption and greed – so much that I would be willing to say his narcissistic tendencies are best compared to that of Bernie Madoff. He has even gone as far as to self-declare himself the GymKing. The only difference between the two is that at least Madoff didn’t drug & rape women (maybe Gamidov didn’t really rape the woman, who the hell honestly knows what the real truth is in that situation, they are both narcissistic animals – but the woman did press rape charges on him in 2024 out of Middleburg Heights, OH). BUILD OUT / RENTAL CONTRACT FRAUD: Gamidov loves getting into a new location on a long-term 10 year lease. Much like he did with the historical GrafTech building in Parma Ohio where the original ONYX Health Club 24/7 World Headquarters was once located. Ten year term, staggered rent in the beginning (meaning he paid approx $2k/month to start for the first X amount of months, then incrementally increased year over year to what it’s true value would/should be) and a huge lump sum for the buildout. For those of you who don’t know, build out money is money intended for the construction and demo of the property to be suited for the operations of the gym. Gamidov consistently skims and outright steals this. He did so in Parma, North Olmsted and every single other location he has had a venture in. Writing false receipts, falsifying job invoices and so forth. One only needs to look to Cuyahoga County court records and other municipalities to see some of the track record. However, the truth is that companies and people such as Rays Recon, Frank Ulman, RJH Designs (was GC & robbed masterfully) and others did the general contracting, the painting, the electrical work, the demoing and the lead generation jobs at Parma, North Olmsted, etc for pennies on the dollar for promises on the backend. All whilst Gamidov pocketed the cash, screwed over the landlords and broke contracts walking away with their build-out money as well as the length of the rental agreement and leaving everyone in the dust.
DECEPTIVE MANAGEMENT: Gamidov will always hold the carrot on the stick and make you feel as if it is obtainable, it really never is. If you work hard, you do this, you push yourself – you’ll get rewarded and promoted. However, every . single . time . anyone finally reaches the threshold, the promised land, expecting a pay-day he will find a reason to terminate them, continuing to push them further, more time, more effort, more energy, maximizing their output, making false promises and only demoting and or discarding them entirely. There are literally hundreds of individuals that have worked for Emil Gamidov directly at ONYX Health Club 24/7 that will testify to this as being the truth.
MANIPULATED EQUIPMENT: Marketed as new state of the art equipment, in many cases it’s a 30 to 70 ratio. Thirty percent new-ish and 70 percent looking new-ish. He loves “wrapping” the equipment to make it look new, falsifying invoices paid for equipment on flipped deals (such as with Northfield – Jason) to be able to influx the price of the sale of an individual club. It’s all a mirage. Then he will flaunt the $100,000+ checks he receives and laugh at the imbecile willing to pay such a sum for a location with worthless outdated equipment stuck in a dead end plaza.
FRAUDULENT CONTRACTS: Forged contracts, forged credit reports, forged documents, forged equipment purchases. Everything is built on fraud. Every single step of the way ONYX Health Club 24/7 has thrived, expanded and operated on not just cutting the corners, but breaking them entirely at the behest of everyone and everything around them, except for Emil Gamidov. Swooping in and purchasing a gyms memberbase, only to rent a location within 1 mile intentionally billing said member base, screwing over the landlord at the newly acquired gym (North Olmsted ring a bell anyone? – One of the clubs was on the news for fraud and he had secretly purchased that member base for pennies on the dollar in the midst of it). Parma @ GrafTech building where he would allocate local member bases from local clubs for next to nothing, subsidize them into his own and screw over the members as well as the landlord on the buildout money and the rental obligations the moment that the scales even began to tip slightly in anyone else’s favor other than his own. All the while making life miserable for thousands of people wanting to get out of their contracts and or serving him tirelessly in one way or another. This and then some, the list goes on and on and on here.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT: Do you have any idea how many women that Gamidov has employed? Hundreds. Now guess how many of them he has fucked. Hundreds. Using his position of authority, power and wealth he will woo a subordinate into submission and then discard her just as quickly as he finished. Facts. Have watched it happen with my own eyes. Whether it be taking them out on his Chris-Craft Yacht or promising them careers filled with the glitz and glamour of his deceitful lifestyle, smoking a laced B, driving around late-night downtown picking up random girls in his Bentley, his Porsche, his Hummer, his Landrover, whatever the vehicle of his choice during whatever timeframe of life may be.
RAPE: According to Gamidov he had consensual sex in Middleburgh Heights on the night of January 15th, 2024 in the front-seat of his all white Porsche where a woman he smoked a joint with (potentially laced, woman had toxicology reports ran too many days after anything in her system would have been detected). However, the woman said she lost consciousness and he forced her hand on his lap, kissed her and then had sex with her. When he dropped her back off at the bar, she was seen on video stumbling and sitting in the parking lot for an extended period of time before she could drive. The woman took the Middleburgh Heights police on a drive and located the condom that she said was used and thrown out the window by Gamidov during the encounter. She then pressed charges. Cuyahoga County opted to not indict.
