ASHLAND, OHIO – It all started with an Ashland resident and father of four opening the front door of his home to a solicitor on 8/13/2025. The situation deteriorated when the solicitor became combative when the man questioned his legitimacy, this after the solicitor had returned to his property three times within a four hour period. The solicitor – whose vehicle had tinted windows and was parked facing the wrong way in the street directly in front of the man’s home refused to state his name, what he was selling, what country he was from and became hostile towards the man on his own doorstep. The Ashland Police Department were called by both the man and the solicitor and throughout the course of the evening the Ashland Police would collude with an outside agency to press trumped-up charges against the man. And in doing so violated numerous civil rights, constitutional rights and ethical standards…
The man recorded the entire incident and contacted the Ashland Police Department while the solicitor was still on the scene, where he communicated with Lieutenant Aaron Kline as officers arrived. Because he was caring for his four children and due to an ongoing targeting operation transpiring within the city against him, he instructed the officers to stay off of his property, explaining that he was already in contact with their superior and would provide the full video recording as evidence. Despite submitting the footage of the complete encounter, he was informed by LT. Kline that he would be charged with disorderly conduct at approximately 7 PM. He maintained that the charge was unwarranted, citing the other individual’s aggressive behavior, their refusal to provide identification or business details, and a documented history of conflict involving his wife, but he let it go and went to sleep.
At approximately 3:30 AM he awoke to a text message sent by Officer Black of the Ashland Police Department. Black informed him of upgraded charges of menacing and obstruction. The news was baffling, given that he had already provided a full video recap to the lieutenant, was fully cooperative and was already advised of disorderly conduct charges. Even more confounding, police reports confirmed no threats were made (although Ashland Police officers did attempt to coerce the foreigner into saying he was harassed and or threatened by asking him numerous times and urging him to change his statements in regards to what transpired that evening). The result of the enhanced charges came from an outside agency that colluded with the City of Ashland and multiple levels of law enforcement, as well as it’s judiciary (throughout the course of time) to “charge him with everything they can”.

The situation just so happened to be following months of harassment and threats orchestrated by the man’s wife and her co-conspirators (multiple agencies and components of the criminal justice system, ie; judiciary). In one instance, an intruder made several attempts to enter the man’s home, claiming that his wife had sent him to “square everything away.” Leading up to this event, the wife had been publicly posting images of their then-four-year-old daughter on social media in an effort to gain more subscribers (the majority of the friends on her page who liked the posts were documented as John’s – or individuals that typically pay for sex). Furthermore, she was heavily involved in prostitution, was actively dating a drug dealer (fentanyl), had just returned from a human trafficking event in Las Vegas and installed a stripper pole in her kitchen.
Moran used his personal cellular device to gloat about the situation as it unfolded—a situation built on trumped-up charges at the behest of the man’s wife that should never have existed. This act violated numerous laws, overstepping boundaries regarding private communications and exposed the ongoing collusion between outside agencies to inflate charges against the man. Consequently, the man was forced to report to the Ashland Police Department the following day to post bail. These events occurred while multiple levels of law enforcement and the judiciary continuously conspired against him, allowing his wife to abuse their children as well as him, to misappropriate funds and aid intended for him and his four children while authorities intentionally ignored her criminal actions and detrimental behavior.

He ultimately accepted a plea deal, ironically leaning into his reputation as the so called ‘cop-out king’ to protect his family’s stability. Facing another charge was of no consequence compared to his primary mission: raising four children—ages 4, 6, 7, and 12—entirely on his own for the past four months and foreseeable future. Though the plea resulted in zero jail time and zero probation, his priority was simple: remaining present for his kids. Despite this resolution, the targeted pressure from the City of Ashland and Director Scott Moran persisted unabated. The man would go on to add “Ashland is a corrupt city from the top to the bottom, one I intend on fully exposing until my last dying breath”.

FUN FACT: The solicitor left the country, could not be contacted or reached by the courts and ignored court proceedings entirely. In the United States, you have a right to face your accuser and the man would have easily won his court case entirely but it would have only been dragged out to infinity and beyond within the Ashland legal system against him (as they have shown in the past). The man knew to persist would have been detrimental to his parental obligations – as well as his own sanity.

SCUMBAGGED Tip: According to the Ashland Ohio Police Department’s website they strive “to protect peace, order, and safety, through service with integrity and accountability”. They also go on to state “We will accept responsibility for our actions or lack of action, both within the Division and the community, and publish that accountability to the community.”. If these words are indeed true and valued (which is difficult, as the mob mentality is hard to break in the ranks), then the opportunity has once again presented itself.
