OXFORD, PA – Some people may get old and gray, but they never grow up. This is the case with Roy Hill. This dishonest scumbag is another one of these unlicensed, under-the-table, carpenters who doesn’t pay taxes and rips people off. Roy Hill lives an everyday lie, which covers up his bad habits. He tells people that he works seven days a week. Roy may leave his house seven days a week, but he doesn’t go to work. Most of the mornings, Roy loiters at diners and convenience store parking lots, because he is a chain smoker, coffee addict, and a gossipmonger. This one local family restaurant in the town, where he lives, finally got fed up with his bullshit. Over time, Roy wore out his welcome and was kicked out. The restaurant staff had also done away with their unlimited drink refills, because of him. They got tired of Roy loitering, drinking pot after pot of coffee everyday, and only paying for one cup.
One of the reasons why Roy is so cheap is because he has no money. He has no money, because he has a bad gambling addiction. He sucks at gambling, because he always loses. One time, he got so mad at losing his money that he punched the slot machine, which shattered the glass and cut his hand all up. Fortunate for him, he got out of the casino in time, before security had caught up with him.
Roy gets his customers to pay him half the money up-front for any housing repairs and for other odd jobs, and then he runs off to Delaware Park with that money, where he throws it all away, stuffing it into slot machines. This could be hundreds, if not thousands of dollars per week, just for his gambling habit. It has also been stated that Roy had squandered his girlfriend’s entire inheritance money that she had received from her deceased father, several years prior. Roy even ripped off his girlfriend’s elderly mother out of $20,000 for housing repairs. He could never show any receipts for lumber or other materials, when asked. This deadbeat also lived in his girlfriend’s mother’s house practically rent-free for twenty years, before that. Roy never once wrote a check out to his girlfriend’s mother, nor did he ever pay her any cash money himself. His girlfriend was the one who handled the payments.
When Roy loses all his money in the slot machines, (the same money that his customers had paid him for materials), he then tries to scam his brother’s credit for everything he needs. Roy purchases his materials, and then puts everything on his brother’s tab, (without his brother’s permission). Roy also tries to cut corners in other ways. There for a while, Roy even had an ugly sugar mama who worked at the local sub shop, so he wouldn’t have to pay for his lunches. Roy whored his dick out to this nasty, maggot-headed, beehive wearing, old woman! All his meals went on her tab.
Roy has always been known to make excuses to his live-in girlfriend as to why he can’t help her pay the bills. Roy projects his faults onto others and blames everybody else for his problems. He always has a scapegoat. And his clueless, naive girlfriend believes him every time! Honestly, his girlfriend would rather work to death, being in this emotionally draining relationship with him, than not have a man at all. Pathetic!
Roy is selfish, jealous, and emotionally abusive to his girlfriend, because he is narcissistic. If Roy doesn’t like his girlfriend’s friends or her family members, he will remove them from the picture; whether that means gossiping about them and making them feel uncomfortable, or turning his girlfriend against these people, altogether. Roy has even turned his girlfriend against her own elderly mother! That’s because Roy is all about gossip and smear campaigns. The reason why Roy hasn’t turned his girlfriend against her own children, is because Roy is too scared to deal with his girlfriend’s “biker ex-husband”. That’s stepping on sacred grounds. Even Roy knows that. He is not entirely stupid, but he is very sneaky, manipulative and will test the waters, if given the opportunity. And like a typical narcissist, Roy ended up giving his girlfriend health problems, over the years, because of his selfishness. His second hand smoke gave her bronchitis and a hernia from coughing too much. Roy also does not allow his woman to pass-gas around him, which has not been very healthy for her, at all. Roy’s girlfriend ended up getting diverticulitis from holding in her farts! Diet and age may have something to do with it too, but having to constantly be on fart-hold has made it worse for her. Why she would try to impress that uncaring, worthless piece of shit, is beyond me! It’s not like he’s got any money. This guy is so poor, he doesn’t have a pot to piss in! He is not worth impressing!
The reason why Roy’s girlfriend never became his wife, is because deep, down inside, she knows she can’t trust this loser around her work paychecks and her bank account. But Roy’s girlfriend is his girlfriend. Let her deal with him. You’re better off not knowing him! If your house needs repairs, go find someone else. Don’t go cheap. Hire someone who has a business license, or check around to see who has a good reputation. Most of all, get someone who says they will be there and will get the job done. Roy will only take your money away and will procrastinate in getting the job completed. With Roy, a two week job may take two months. He will avoid your phone calls, until he is ready to deal with you. Don’t waste your time! Don’t let this old fart rip you off and gamble your money away! You can do better than to trust that sneaky scumbag!
