NORTH RIDGEVILLE, OH – Daniel J. Swartz apparently has an affinity for more than just poker.  His sexual escapades have found himself divorced as well as being a semi-recovering drug addict (currently uses cocaine w/70 pounds of recent weight loss) stemming from decades worth of abuse to himself and others.  Daniel Swartz, a self-proclaimed professional tournament poker player nicknamed “POKER FISH” – has found himself in a potential serious legal situation surrounding his solicitation and prostitution endeavors with a woman currently suffering from mental health issues that resides in a Richland County shelter.

Swartz apparently has a tendency to prey on the weak, something that will be easily discerned within this next segment.  During a highly graphic and sexualized exchange with the woman Swartz made mention that he wanted to tie her up and leave marks and bruises on her.  This immediately comes after the woman informed him that she has mental health issues that she is currently working on via a variety of medications.  Swartz then attempts to bring her with him to Vegas – across state lines which is and would be a Federal offense (human trafficking).  He then went on to make numerous Cash App and Venmo deposits to the woman.  One deposit was made for sex as recently as 5/24/2025 @ 1:13pm for the amount of $100.  Another transfer of $100 of 5/23/2025, two additional transfers in the amount of $50 & $100 respectively on 5/22/2025 which was previously followed  with transfers to the woman’s cash app.  All in exchange for sex which is documented below between himself and the woman (any police jurisdictions or arresting agencies that would like direct access to this information are urged to contact us as we will comply fully with every aspect of an investigation into this matter as requested by the original publisher).

After his behavior was discovered, he made an attempt to hide and conceal his conversation by having the woman delete her conversation.  He then moved his conversation more privately to another method where he still to this day continues his exploits.  Setting prostitution aside and based on the facts gathered Swartz is also in violation of numerous solicitation laws as well as Sexual Battery laws in the State of Ohio.  Most specifically OHIO REVISED CODE Section 2907.03 (2) The offender knows that the other person’s, or one of the other persons’, ability to appraise the nature of or control the other person’s own conduct is substantially impaired.

SCUMBAGGED Tip:  Millions of men pay for sex in America, but only the select few special fuckers pay for sex from mentally unstable women who proclaim to be survivors of abuse whilst currently residing in a shelter.  Swartz was even informed by the woman that she has mental health issues and is working through them.  Guess the poker player in him wants to push the envelope, will be interesting to see how far he can push the law with this one.
