ASHLAND, OH – At approximately 9:00 AM on October 15, 2025, in Judge John L. Good’s municipal courtroom, before the proceeding would even have a chance to begin, the court bailiff issued a chilling warning (or threat) to the man seated in handcuffs directly across from him. The man, an Ashland resident in his 30’s who had been consistently harassed, targeted and charged with numerous fake crimes, was back once again. This time he was unlawfully pulled over, subjected to excessive police force, had his car impounded, his dog taken to the animal shelter and charged with a crime he never committed. He wasn’t even on the courts docket that morning either, yet there he was – with the courts claiming to be doing him a favor by seeing him so soon after his arrest…
This chaos stemmed from an incident that transpired just hours earlier. Which has been partially shown on the individuals TikTok account (embedded below). At approximately 1:00 AM, the Ashland Police Department conducted a stop based on reports of felony warrants out of a nearby county (citing intimidation per multiple recordings). However, the information was inaccurate, if not entirely and intentionally falsified to begin with. Due to the intentional backend cross-jurisdictional hyperbole that had been taking place behind the scenes, the man was held at gunpoint and ordered to his knees with his hands on his head for no offense that would have ever resulted in such treatment, nor his arrest.
@onebadsituation Can’t even be homeless in peace without almost being unalived! More police corruption at the behest of you know who. #fyp #corruption #police #homeless
When Ashland Police initiated the stop the man immediately pulled over and shut off his vehicle – demonstrating clear compliance, yet police still charged him with obstruction. After officers failed to approach the vehicle, the man elected to open his sunroof in an attempt to speak with them, but communication was nearly impossible – and yet he still exited the vehicle within approximately two minutes of being pulled over. This difficulty was later documented by the officers themselves in police reports, yet the obstruction charge remained.
“You need to get out of here; this isn’t the place for you.” – Bailiff
From the center of the courtroom, the bailiff addressed the individual with a pointed question: “How has your life been since you moved here to Ashland?” When the individual admitted it hadn’t been very good, the bailiff countered sharply, “That should tell you something, should tell you everything you need to know. You need to get out of here; this isn’t the place for you. Just let that sink in.” This came despite the fact that the individual had never committed a single crime (that he actually should have been charged with besides perhaps a disorderly conduct) within the city or county limits in his entire life.

These statements were made in an open courtroom before several eyewitnesses, including inmates awaiting their hearings and numerous sheriff’s officers. It remains unclear whether the Bailiff’s comments stemmed from genuine concern for the individual’s well-being or were intended as a threat or another form of intimidation, suggesting further unlawful punishment. This incident is perceived as part of an ongoing pattern of extreme targeting, harassment, and multiple violations of civil and constitutional rights against the man that started in January of 2024.

AËTOS SAYS: Imagine just a few weeks later the man would be pulled over and harassed twice more. One time unlawfully detained for 45 minutes. Just a small example of the reality of this situation as it continues to unravel.

THE BOTTOM LINE

SCUMBAGGED Tip: There’s nothing more clear than the law violating the law at the law’s own hand, blatantly, blunt and as direct as it could possibly ever be. The myriad of constitutional and civil rights violations here are just too many to list. This is an obvious situation that has morphed into one that has apparently no end in sight, one where Ashland County in it’s entirety will stop at nothing – doubling down, sweeping situations under the rug and consistently attacking, harassing, intimidating, retaliating and targeting said individual. Perhaps, they must be reminded of their oath’s that they ALL took upon their own respective positions?
