In life, there are coincidences, surely, until there simply aren’t. You can have a few instances of unique timing for things to transpire, but to do so repetitively and almost instantly after an action almost always results in a definitive. The definitive in this case being we have now entered a tit-for-tat situation with the Ashland court’s responding in what clearly appears to be an aggressive, hostile and further entrenching unethical manner. Ashland and it’s co-conspirators will go to any lengths that they can to intimidate, harm and silence any publisher from continuing to express their first amendment right, especially one that will take over their local news outlets in less than a week from this writing. What we have on our hands here is clear. Retaliation. Please note that this is not the first instance of immediate retaliation pertaining to the same individual.
An article ran yesterday exposing one of Ashland’s court “fixers” at approximately 14:00 EST. Shortly after the article ran, discussions of a sort were held amongst those mentioned (and some not yet mentioned) that resulted in verifiable and well-documented changes made to social networking accounts of the exposed as well as what is known as “scrubbing” elsewhere. This was reported to us and we reported on it swiftly, within the hour as the data was transmitted – further infuriating several individuals.

Aëtos Says: The above screenshot is from a civil case at the Ashland Municipal Court which had a maximum penalty requested in the same relative range of it’s finding. The amount is beyond severe considering the circumstances. The timing of said judgment and the amount is a message. Stop, or else! It is clear that Ashland wishes to wage war on the first amendment as opposed to obeying the law and their oath’s of office. Unfortunately for them, I operate under that goal long ago to me assigned…
