LEGAL F.A.Q’s

We are protected by the Communications Decency Act or “CDA”.  In a nutshell, we don’t publish the content but rather our users submit articles and we simply approve them.  The only thing we look for when approving or denying a submission is if it violates federal or state laws.  We don’t fact check and we don’t check for copyrighted images or text.

If we are named in a complaint we will publicize it in it’s entirety.  We do not enter into any “confidentiality” with anyone, if you think your communication with us is “confidential” you’re wrong.  A contact to us is the same as a submission or a publication and we reserve the right to expose your attempted censorship of our users.
