On 7/25/2019 Jerrod Biebrick, the Slumlord owner of JBTN Patriot Properties was “Locked Up” in the Lorain County Jail once again on a Property Maintenance Code Violation. He had a warrant issued for his arrest for failing to appear to his court proceeding. Their name & detailed information pertaining to the case can be found below. Not only is he a bad landlord but he’s put his hands on women, harmed animals (by having them put down basically before the family could get them). He’s a drug user, he’s a tax evader and money launderer (as he puts houses in other company names that are under other peoples names). He’s going to just be in more and more and more trouble, wait and see this is just the tip of the iceberg.
This guy’ is the worst. He tried to sell us a house that was basically condemned. Then we got a notice that he hadn’t paid taxes on the property in almost two years. The property was so bad that they left a pieces out car on my property for over three months. The windows were broken with no screens. Our screen door was flapping in the wind. Then he claimed that the money I put down to buy the property was non refundable because he had to clean up the property. I explained that while we did do damage to the property it was not 4000 dollars worth of damage. This guy is a piece of literal human garbage. He tries to say that he gives people second chances but he preys on those people and takes advantage of those people.
