On March 14th between the hours of 8:00 pm & 9:00 pm Daniel Koutsopoulos went out to eat with Bailey Moore and Javiaan Davis.  While out to dinner he got into a heated argument with Bailey because she had ripped him off on the drugs she sold him the day prior (this was brought to light via a text message he received from Ashley Duncan).  At 1:30 am Daniel wen’t home and his mother overheard him talking to another male whom she thought at the time was someone who also lived in the house.  Later on she found out that it was most likely Javiaan Davis that she had overheard.

At approximately 3:00 am on March 15th, 2019, Daniel Koutsopoulos passed away suddenly from a drug overdose.  There was heroin, cocaine, fentanyl, carfentanil, and three other forms of designer fentanyl like substances found in his system at the time of his death.  He was found with only $5 in his wallet which was very unusual – as he never carried less than $100 on him at all times (usually upwards of $500 or more).

Strangely enough, there was also no evidence of drug use found at the scene, hinting that the male, or other (inaudible) individual(s) in the home cleaned up and staged his death as a heart attack.  He was initially found barely alive and paramedics administered 4 hits of Narcan, which failed to revive him.

In the days leading up to his death, both Ashley Duncan & Bailey Moore were heavily involved with Daniel Koutsopoulos.  Between prostituting themselves to him, selling him drugs directly and or arranging for him to receive drugs – their hands were full.  Just four days prior to his death, Duncan was responsible for the near death of yet another man who also overdosed off of her product.  That man was thankfully revived.

More than 50 screenshots of conversations between Koutsopoulos and Duncan can be found contained within this article.  Embedded within those conversations are explicit details related to Bailey previously serving and robbing Koutsopoulos and cutting his drugs, dealers names and numbers, quantities, cash sums, talks of prostitution between both Ashley and Koutsopoulos as well as Bailey and Koutsopoulos & the distribution of drugs and or arranging for drugs to be delivered to Koutsopoulos.

Through it all a clear pattern emerges.  One that sheds light on the manipulative behavior of two women who were willing to go to any extreme to take advantage of one man’s habit and his money.  Even when another young man’s death should have sparked the concern regarding the dangerous quality of a specific drug, just a few day’s later Koutsopoulos would be found dead in his own home.

It should be noted that Ashley Duncan is a notorious user, one who used while pregnant with both of her own children and does not currently have custody of either child.  In addition, both Bailey and Duncan prostitute themselves for drugs while simultaneously attempting to drug deal (using themselves as essential middle men to accrue profits).  Both women were cutting Koutsopoulos’s dope in an effort to further those profits, both women know who is responsible for Daniel Koutsopoulos’s death, because one of them (if not both) were directly or indirectly involved.  All you need to do is just follow the evidence, the timeline & the connections…

Another Overdose

Ashley Duncan is also responsible for another recent overdose.  The young man did overdose but was thankfully revived, he is currently in a drug rehabilitation center as of this writing.  Duncan’s drug’s are beginning to show a pattern of high potency with increasing overdose potential.  Her own boyfriend (Kyle Billick) also overdosed the very same day, March 11th, 2019 as this young man, just 4 days prior to Daniel K’s overdose and death.

COBRA Says:  If this isn’t a clear cut case of homicide via heroin/fentanyl distribution, then well, I don’t know wtf is.

In Memory Of

Koutsopoulos was considered a legend in Lorain County for his tattoo & piercing work, which spanned over the course of 15 years.  Underground Art (his tattoo company) saw ten’s of thousands of clients during that time-span, many of whom revered Koutsopoulos as one of, if not the best tattoo artist’s of their generation.

Helayna Vlach, Daniel Koutsopoulos’s daughter created Dank329.com in his memory.  Dank329 is an online merchandise shop that specializes in custom designs featuring a variety of products. The very name of the company was made after her father, “Dank” which stands for “Dan K.” and 329 being his birthday.  There is an entire section dedicated to remembering her father.

The Bottom Line

SCUMBAGGED Tip:  Heroin kills, especially since the majority of the drug task force’s in the area are primarily finding only fentanyl on the streets.  This means that each and every shot or snort you take you are literally playing a game of russian roulette.  Furthermore, those whom choose profits over people, well there’s a potential homicide coming in your near future (just ask Ashley or Bailey)…

Lackluster Lagrange Police: Questions have also been raised regarding the Lagrange Police Departments consideration regarding the circumstances of Daniel Koutsopoulos’s death.  A crime scene was not established, evidence wasn’t immediately taken and his death was treated as “just another overdose”.  Allow this article to serve as a possible example for the plethora of available evidence that could be gained via subpoena’s sent to telecommunication’s providers as well as social networking hubs (ie; Facebook Messenger & Snapchat).
